Spain, France, 2025. 60 min | VOSE (Original version subtitled in Spanish)
In fashion, there are many anonymous and invisible hands and voices. This documentary seeks to address some of those absences through the stories of Balenciaga’s female workers—artisans of exquisite precision and true guardians of the brand. Workshop heads, seamstresses, apprentices, journeymen, cutters, pressers, fit models, saleswomen… Their skill is an intangible heritage and a fascinating testimony of life in the maison’s workshops and salons, in both Spain and France. These audiovisual pieces (part of a long-term initiative with an extensive archive in progress) preserve craft techniques, anecdotes, lost knowledge, and highlight the brand’s social and economic contribution, while also shedding light on the couturier’s personality.
Once the online purchase has been completed, changes or refunds are not permitted. It is recommended to review the selected options in advance (number of tickets, screening date, and time).
